Perhaps few people in the North Central Indiana market can match the depth of experience that Greg has accumulated over the past 3 decades in this business. He has been involved in literally thousands of transactions as a broker. Greg trained a great many of the successful real estate people in the area and as former President of Midwest Apartment & Management Group, Inc, he has seen it all.

Today, Greg is devoting his time to his long-term love of single-family residential real estate. After leaving Midwest Management, he decided to re-start his own company helping homebuyers that are looking for a different way to become homeowners than the traditional methods. The only local exclusive real estate company in the area that is working with homebuyers primarily. He is at liberty to use the invaluable experiences gained by marketing and selling numerous properties over the years for his select clientele.

1981 Received his Indiana Real Estate Broker's License

WORK HISTORY:
1981 to 1985: General Manager for Wabash Management. Wabash Management was a third party manager for over 300 USDA Rural Development apartments in Indiana. His job was to oversee the site managers and maintenance personal.
1985 to 2002: Purchased Blatz Realty in 1985. He specialized in the purchase and management of single family homes and small apartment projects. He owned or was the third party manager of around 300 units on a continuous basis during this time period. This amount changed as he bought, sold and or managed different properties each year.
1999 to 2008: Owned and helped with the Management of the Wabash Pizza King. He sold his interest to the manager in 2008.
2003 to 2010: Started Midwest Apartment & Management Group, Inc. in 2003. Midwest Management is a corporation with 4 share holders with different backgrounds. The background that Greg brought to Midwest Management was property management. Midwest managed over 1,000 units in West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Greg served as president.
Presently, he owns B&G Real Estate Consultants LLC which is the parent company of Blatz Realty. B&G Real Estate Consultants buy, sell, manage, lease and handle the property maintenance for all kinds of single family residential real estate.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer of B&A Mobile Marketing, Inc. a locally owned marketing company that specializes in creating mobile phone apps for small businesses in the area. B&A Mobile Marketing also has platforms to create and manage text message marketing campaigns like reminders services, announcements and short-codes, etc. Social media development and management (like facebook) and search optimization (like google or yahoo, etc.) to help your small business reach the tops of online search engine lists.

PERSONAL
Greg married his wife Beth in November of 1986. They have 2 sons. Zachary is 24 graduated from Manchester College in N. Manchester Indiana and the University of Oregon with his Masters in Chemistry and is employed as a member of the research team with a biopharmaceutical company in Oregon.. Austin is 20 has just begun working at B&G Real Estate consultants as the director of maintenance. He is currently studying to get his real estate license.
Greg and Beth are members of St Bernard Catholic Church. Greg was on the Parish Pastoral Council from 1983 to 1987. He was the chairman of the council in 1986 and 1987. Presently, he is on the finance committee, of which he has been a member since 1987.
He was a member of the Wabash Kiwanis Club from 1981 to 1987. He served on the board of directors in 1987.
Greg was a member of the Wabash Optimist Club from 1982 to 2002. He served on the board of directors from 1986 to 1990.
He coached in the Wabash Little League Baseball program from 1995 to 2004; serving on the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2004. He also participated in sponsorship and promotions of the Little League program. This included the development of the "Field of Dreams" a new venue for the Little League program.
Greg is an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP).
He is a member of the Wabash Elks Club, American Legion Sons of Veterans Association, and the Wabash Country Club, and served on the Board of Directors in 1999 and 2000.
